Spring is here, and we need your help on Saturday, March 23rd to kick off another successful growing season at the preSERVE Garden in North Lawndale! With your help, last year we raised a huge crop of sweet potatoes, peas, and more. Join us as we continue to green-ify the neighborhood and teach the value of growing and eating fresh, healthy foods.From 10:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 23rd, volunteers will spread planting material on the garden beds, clear out debris from the last growing season, and plant greens and radishes. This is heavy work, so be prepared!
