The wildly popular Veggie Bike and Dine returns Aug 15
The ride is now sold out!

We again will tour through Chicago’s community gardens. We will wind through these urban oases on two wheels Aug. 15 from Rogers Park south to Old Town.

When: 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug 15.
Where: Meet at the Howard Area Community Garden, 1715-1725 W. Juneway Terrace in Rogers Park, Chicago
Cost: $55, $50 for Active Trans members

Active Trans will again partner with NeighborSpace, Chicago’s urban land trust, to bring you a bike ride that celebrates conscious dining and the diversity of Chicago’s neighborhoods while emphasizing the ease of getting around by bicycle.The menus are vegan – entirely plant-based and exclusive of meat, fish, dairy products, eggs and other animal products.
