About the Garden: The Jelly Bean Garden, located at 2125 W. Adams, is a community garden planned by residents to make a colorful and beautiful impact on the neighborhood. The garden began in the summer of 2009 as an empty lot strewn with garbage and filled with weeds. Since then the space has seen much progress due to Sunday sessions of weeding, tiling the soil, cleanup and maintenance.
