One of NeighborSpace’s oldest gardens, Frankie Machine, is sharing the harvest this season. Along the fence line, about 50 square feet of growing area is dedicated to donation. Garden leader Marjorie Isaacson has long wanted to make donations happen at the 30-year-old allotment garden and is excited to see that the idea is finally sprouting. Volunteers recently planted several varieties of Swiss chard, and by August there will be plenty of greens to benefit the West Town community.
